PRICING AND DISCOUNTS
RETAIL
No minimum order.
Free shipping on orders over $75.00.
Customer pays USPS insurance based on order total value.
PRACTITIONER DISCOUNT - available only to pre-qualified health care practitioners
with a current business license and degrees/certificates on file with MT.
SHASTA NATURALS.
15% Discount off Retail prices.
Minimum order is $75.00.

WHOLESALE - offered only to pre-qualified accounts with a current business
license and resale permit on file with MT. SHASTA NATURALS. Wholesale accounts
must have a brick and mortar store front or website where products are
sold to to the public.
Minimum order $250.00.
Customer pays shipping and insurance.
Orders $250.00 - $999.99 earn a 45% Discount off Retail prices.
Reorder minimum for wholesale @ 45% discount is $100.00.

Wholesale orders over $1,000.00 earn a 50% discount off Retail prices.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders must be prepaid.
On-line orders will automatically be invoiced through Paypal, a very secure
provider where your credit card information is safe. Your order will ship
with 48 hours of receipt of payment by MT. SHASTA NATURALS.
Special arrangements may be made to pay by personal check, business check,
money order or cashier's check. E-mail susan@mtshastanaturals.com or call
360-443-2986. Your order will be shipped when the funds clear the bank,
usually within 10 days.
SHIPPING
Shipping is via the United States Post Office Priority Mail or 1st Class
Mail to a post office box or physical address. The customer pays USPS
insurance based on total order value.
Shipping damages must be reported to Mt. Shasta Naturals within 48 hours of receipt. It's your responsibility to file claim with the USPS, so be sure to save the box and all packing materials.
ORDER DISCREPANCY
Please verify your order with the invoice immediately upon receipt. Report
discrepancy to susan@mtshastanaturals.com. Discrepancies must be reported
within 15 days.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns if you
change your mind after you've received the order.
All returns must be authorized by Mt. Shasta Naturals and the assigned Return Authorization number must appear on the outside of the shipping box.
If MT. SHASTA NATURALS makes an error in shipping your order, we will gladly authorize the return of the incorrect merchandise and work to correct the error to your satisfaction.
Unauthorized returns will be discarded; no credit will be given.
BACK ORDERS
Rarely we may be out-of-stock on a component or ingredient to fill your
order. You may be contacted to make a different selection of a comparable
value. The order will be filled as soon as possible.
