Emotionally used in meditation and prayer; fortifies and revitalizes the spirit. Physically, improves digestion, an immunostimulant. Treats coughs, gum disease, wounds, candida, over-active thyroid. In skin care, for chapped, cracked or aged skin, eczema, bruises, varicose veins.
