Foeniculum vulgare, G&A, SD, Seed, France. Emotionally stimulating and revitalizing, uplifting and believed to increase self-motivation. Physically diuretic, treats obesity (inhibits appetite), indigestion aid. Estrogen-like properties increase breast milk. Stimulates adrenal glands.
Contra: Use carefully, may overexcite nervous system. Avoid use if epilepsy, nervous system problems or estrogen-related disorders are present.
